Job Description: Project Management Executive

We are seeking to hire a dedicated Junior Project Management Executive to help us set direction and ensure the sustainability and longevity of our organization. The Junior Project Management Executive will work closely with the Project Management Manager in all development and fund raising endeavors.

 Assisting in all areas of planning and implementing strategies to secure donors and contributions in support of the organization.
 Assisting in grant/sponsorship seeking including research, proposal writing, and reporting requirements.
 Maintaining relationships with existing sponsors.
 Provide oversight of the fund development program
 Identify and address development issues that affect the well-being and efficiency of the organization.
 Foster a culture of philanthropy and ensure that fund development is executed in keeping with organization’s values, vision, and mission.
 Establish a balanced mix of donors’ sources and fundraising programs to attract and retain donors and fundraising volunteers.
 Maintain accountability and ensure compliance with all regulations and laws, as well as the code of ethics for fundraising professionals.
 To undertake any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

 At least 2 years’ of working experience in relevant field.
 Preferably Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations or any related field.
 Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
 Display a positive and vibrant attitude, show concern for people and community, demonstrate presence, self-confidence, common sense and good listening ability.
 Should be able to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
 Well-organized, meticulous and able to work with less supervision.
 Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
 2 Full-Time positions available (2 Years Contract – Renewable basis)
