Job Description: Corporate Communication Executive

We are seeking to hire a dedicated Corporate Communication Executive to contribute to the development, coordination and implementation of communications output and strategy that supports the company’s organisational objectives.
Responsibilities:

 Assisting in all areas of corporate communications portfolio including official correspondences with government officials, external parties and etc.
 Assisting in research and drafting of speeches and talking points for Minister/ Chairman/ CEO/ VVIP
 Assisting to organize and execute programmes and to support events of other agencies within the ministry.
 Assisting and supporting to ensure all usage of corporate logo is in accordance to the corporate guidelines to maintain a consistent corporate image and branding.
 Designing & implementing social media strategy to align with businesses goals.
 Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused message.
 Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new program/project releases, ad campaigns, and etc.
 Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video).
 Hands on experience in content management.
 Regularly monitor social media sites and create analysis reports.
 Website monitoring
 Set-up and participate in Exhibition.
 To undertake any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:
 At least 2 years’ of working experience in relevant field.
 Preferably Degree in Mass Communication/ Marketing or any related field.
 Experience with using social media tools for business (e.g.: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
 Possess strong interpersonal skills.
 Strong writing and editorial skills.
 Strong analytical, creative and communication skills.
 Computer literacy, especially in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop/ Illustrator) is advantage.
 Should be able to work well under pressure and within tight deadlines.
 Well-organized, meticulous and able to work with less supervision.
 Excellent command of written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
 Display a positive and vibrant attitude, show concern for people and community, demonstrate presence, self-confidence, common sense and good listening ability.
 1 Full-Time position available (2 Years Contract – Renewable basis)
